Adult Recommendations
Pregnancy: All individuals.
Adults 19+: 1 dose 2025–26 Moderna, Novavax, or Pfizer-BioNTech (≥8 weeks after last dose).
Adults 65+: 2 doses — 1 as above, plus another 6 months later.
Child Recommendations
Children 6–23 months:
- 6–23 mo. Unvaccinated: 2 Moderna doses (0 and 4–8 weeks apart).
- 6–23 mo. Vaccinated: 1 Moderna dose (≥8 weeks after last).
Children 2–18 years:
Offer 1 age-appropriate COVID-19 dose if high-risk, in long-term care, in close contact with high-risk individuals, or if parents request protection.
