RECOMMENDATIONS:

Children 6 months – 23 months: (previously unvaccinated) 2 doses Moderna at 0, 4–8 weeks, (previously vaccinated) 1 dose Moderna at least 8 weeks after the most recent dose 

Children 2 through 18 years of age: Anyone high risk, in a long-term care facility, having contact with high-risk individuals OR whose parent or guardian desires their protection from COVID-19 should be offered a single dose of age-appropriate COVID-19 vaccine. 

Pregnancy: All individuals 

Adults (ages 19 years and older): 1 dose 2025–26 Moderna or Novavax or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 8 weeks after the most recent dose. 

Adults Age 65 years and older: 1 dose 2025-26 Moderna or Novavax or Pfizer-BioNTech at least 8 weeks after the most recent dose and 1 dose 6 months later
